Richard S. Toikka, Esq.
Richard S. Toikka received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Harvard College, a Master of Arts and Ph.D. from the University of Wisconsin, and a J.D. from Georgetown University. He has been practicing law in the DC area for over 35 years, and has received numerous awards for his professional endeavors. Attorney Toikka has worked as a consultant for the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and the National Center for Research in Vocational Education.
Attorney Toikka has also been published in numerous professional journals and legal periodicals, including the American Economic Review, the Swedish Journal of Economics, the Journal of Economic Theory, and the Journal of the Patent and Trademark Office Society. He is adept at utilizing his vast experience to help clients realize favorable outcomes in contentious matters.
Perisha Wallace Dixon, Esq.
Perisha Wallace Dixon is a highly accomplished attorney with a diverse and impactful legal career. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, cum laude from Spelman College and her Juris Doctorate from Emory University School of Law, where she excelled academically and received prestigious honors, including the Equal Justice Works AmeriCorps JD Educational Scholarship. Attorney Wallace has extensive trial experience and has held key roles in various legal settings ranging from employment law to complex civil litigation. Her expertise extends to internal and external investigations, trial strategy, discovery, and settlement negotiations. Attorney Wallace also served as the Associate General Counsel and Staff Director of the DC Clemency Board, where she advised executive agencies and played a pivotal role in the development and implementation of policies for Mayor Bowser.
Tyler J. King, Esq.
Tyler Jay King obtained his J.D. from Northeastern University School of Law and has a broad base of litigation experience including work with the Department of Justice’s Environmental Enforcement Section; Kohn, Kohn, & Colapinto’s “whistleblower” practice; and Jackson & Campbell.
In addition to his areas of practice, Attorney King also works with Wilt Toikka Kraft LLP to provide legal services nationwide to business owners and homeowners battling government overreach at the state and federal levels. Areas of expertise include administrative compliance fines and sanctions, civil investigative demands, and FTC warnings and violations.
Amari E. Richardson, Esq.
Amari E. Richardson obtained her J.D. from Temple University and a Master’s in International Law from the Geneva Graduate Institute. Attorney Richardson previously served as an EEO and Fair Housing Analyst at the New York City Housing Authority, where she conducted comprehensive investigations into employment and housing discrimination complaints. Attorney Richardson has successfully counseled numerous cases, participated in mediation, and conducted thorough evaluations of case records to extract facts and determine the adequacy of evidence. Her legal acumen is further demonstrated by her tenure as Director of Legal Services at The Article 20 Network, and her earlier roles as an Attorney in compliance-counsel positions. Russell O. Paige, Esq.
Russel O. Paige received a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic and a J.D. from the University of Texas. Attorney Paige brings over 25 years of legal experience to Wilt Toikka Kraft and has held positions at Jones Day and Bingham McCutchen. He is experienced in patent drafting and prosecution, portfolio management, and patent and copyright infringement litigation.
Rupa Baskaran, Esq.
Rupa Baskaran is a seasoned attorney with a robust background in labor and employment law. She holds a JD with a concentration in Labor and Employment Law from Chicago-Kent College of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Washington University in St. Louis. Rupa’s career began with positions at the International Brotherhood of Teamsters and the American Federation of Teachers, where she honed her negotiation and arbitration skills. Later, her tenure as Labor Counsel at the Allied Pilots Association saw her representing 14,000 pilots in various legal proceedings, mediations, and compliance training. Rupa’s expertise and dedication make her a prominent figure in labor and employment legal circles.
Megan B. Betts, Esq.
Megan Betts, Esq., is a dedicated litigator with a comprehensive focus on complex civil litigation, employment law, and civil rights. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Global Studies from Warren Wilson College, and she earned her J.D. from Roger Williams University School of Law, where she was a Dean’s Scholar. Yalonda Lofton, Esq.

Nicholas E. Wilt
Nicholas Wilt studied business and finance at George Mason University and the University of Pittsburgh. He has worked in finance and operations for Fortune 500 companies as well as private startups in emerging markets. Nicholas founded the firm in 2018 as a non-attorney, and manages all business and financial matters, as well as client relations. This allows the attorneys to focus on helping clients prevail in litigation. Nicholas believes that decisive action and a unified front are the keys to successful outcomes and enjoys serving clients by aligning them with extraordinary legal representation.
Kristi Davis
Kristi Davis received a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Virginia and began her career as a Management and Program Analyst for the FBI. During her tenure with the FBI, Kristi reviewed and analyzed cases for accuracy, and acted as an advisor to executive management as well as Unit Chief within her division.

Brianna Lu received a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Central Florida and a Master of Business Administration degree from Louisianna State University at Shreveport. She later received her Paralegal Certificate from the University of North Florida. Brianna has worked as an Executive Assistant to C-Level Executives in various industries including the legal and healthcare fields. She is also a certified Notary Public, a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and maintains a real estate license.
