My lawyers are/were Richard Toikka and Russel Paige. My lawsuit is/was against the USPS and this law firm was not afraid to challenge them in the courts. It didn’t matter how much money the USPS has, in my case money can’t defeat justice. Richard and Russel were always encouraging when I felt like I was going to lose the case. Here's the reasons why I'll say that while these guys aren't cheap, you definitely get what you pay for. Just like any other reputable law firm they're going to ask you all of the relevant questions before they take your case to make sure your case is "righteous". You're going to have to prove your case but once you pass that test?? God have mercy on any dishonest, conniving, nefarious boss or supervisor you may have because these guys know how to shake trees and they shake them without mercy and without pause. I was a little nervous with the attitudinal backlash I got from my boss and coworkers at the time but after a while I came to the conclusion that "Okay......these guys know what the h*ll they're doing cause if they didn't, you guys wouldn't be shivering and shaking with anger every time I see you". Hiring WTK to take my case is a decision that I have never regretted which is why I've re-upped with them 3 times and will continue to do so until the conclusion and completion of this case.
